Task board for small teams
Tasks from your chats, managed by you and your AI agent
Save messages from Telegram chats as cards, and let Claude or any MCP agent read and update the same board. Lightweight by design: free to start, open source.
Telegram, web app and AI agents
Start in Telegram, continue in the browser, hand the routine to an AI agent. Your boards are always in sync.
Access your boards inside Telegram without leaving the app. Forward any message to the bot and it lands on your board in seconds.
- Forward messages from any chat
- Native iOS & Android feel
- Instant — nothing to install
- The same boards as the web app
Full-featured Kanban in the browser. Sign in with Telegram or Google — no separate registration. Works on desktop and mobile.
- Telegram or Google sign-in — no password
- Full drag-and-drop Kanban
- Organization & permission management
- Large screen — see more, do more
Connect Claude or any MCP-compatible agent straight to your boards over the Model Context Protocol. Create a personal API key and the agent can act on your behalf.
- Read, create, edit and move issues
- Attach and download files
- Scoped to your own permissions
- Works with Claude and any MCP client
Personal productivity or team coordination
Laraue Boards adapts to how you work — a solo task manager, or a project tracker for the whole team.
Personal use
Capture thoughts, tasks and links without leaving Telegram. Forward a message to the bot and it lands on your board.
- Forward any message — text, photo, video or album
- Edit the message in Telegram, the card updates
- Search everything by keyword
- Organise into epics and columns when you have time
Small teams & agencies
A lightweight Jira alternative built on Telegram, for teams that find Jira overwhelming — and for agencies juggling several clients at once. Create an organization, invite teammates, track work together.
- Organization mode with shared boards
- Invite teammates via Telegram
- Permissions per operation on spaces, epics and issues
- Custom attributes defined by an admin
- One space per client, scoped access for contractors
- AI agents read and update the same board over MCP
Structured like a real tracker, not a chat log
One hierarchy that works for a single board or twenty client spaces. Start in your personal organization and move a whole space to a team one later.
Nothing you don't
Deliberately simple and light. Every feature earns its place. Not built for heavy enterprise project management or reporting.
Visual Kanban Boards
Drag-and-drop cards across columns. Clean, fast, works on any screen.
Telegram message to task
Forward a message to the bot or link a whole chat. Save everything automatically, or only the messages you pick with /save. A 👍 confirms it.
Media and albums
Photos, videos and whole albums become one card with all the attachments, in original quality.
Edits sync back
In auto mode, edit a message in Telegram and the card changes with it. In manual mode, run /save again to re-sync.
Spaces and issue keys
Group epics into spaces per project. Every issue gets a key like WRK-42 you can quote in a chat.
Custom attributes
An admin defines attributes — task type, due by — and the team fills them in on issues.
Organization & permissions
Shared boards, and permissions set per operation on spaces, epics and issues.
Privacy first
Sign in with Telegram or Google — no new password. Your data is never sold.
Open source
The backend and the frontend are public. Read exactly what happens to your message.
AI-cleaned cards
Send /aisave and a messy, rambling message becomes a clean title with a bullet-point description. Every user gets a free monthly token allowance.
Search from any chat
Type @msgboard_bot and a query in any Telegram chat to find an issue — no need to open the app.
Ready when you are
Send your first message right now
It's already in your Telegram. Open the bot and try it — no signup, no setup.
Simple, honest pricing
Free to start, both for individuals and teams. Upgrade only when you need more.
Paying for a plan means you accept the public offer .
Tokens pay for the AI features: /aisave in Telegram and the AI in the web app. Everything else does not use them. How tokens work
Personal plans belong to your account: the included tokens and limits are yours, not shared with a team.
- 25,000 tokens / month
- Up to 500 issues / month
- 1 free team organization(s)
- 300,000 tokens included
- Up to 50,000 issues / month
- Unlimited team organizations
Paid plans are priced per seat, and their included tokens are per seat, combined across your whole team. The Free plan is per organization.
- 25,000 tokens / month for the whole organization
- Up to 500 issues / month
Open source, mistakes included
You can read the code — and you can read how it was written.
The code is public
Backend and frontend are both on GitHub. People told us they were not ready to trust private notes to a product they did not know — open code is the honest answer to that.
- Laraue.Apps.Boards — .NET 10 / C#, PostgreSQL 18
- laraue-boards — Nuxt 4, Vue 3, TypeScript
The devlog
We write down how the product is being built, including what went wrong — the bot that asked too many questions and had to be rolled back, the database decision we got wrong.
The Free plan stays free forever. Paid plans (Plus, Team, Business) raise the limits when you need more. The AI features (/aisave and the AI in the web app) run on tokens: the Free plan includes 25,000 a month, and what each paid plan includes is shown above.
Common questions
The Free plan is free forever. Paid plans (Plus, Team, Business) have higher limits, and you can switch to one at any time in the app — see the pricing section above. The AI features (/aisave and the AI in the web app) run on tokens: the Free plan includes 25,000 a month, each paid plan includes more, and the documentation explains how they are spent.
Yes. Both the backend and the frontend are public on GitHub, so you can read exactly what happens to a message after you send it.
Saved Messages is a great place to save something quickly, but a bad place to find it later. Laraue Boards is the alternative: it keeps the saving just as easy and gives what you saved a board, columns and statuses.
No. You sign in with Telegram or Google. In the Mini App you are already signed in, and the web version has Telegram and Google sign-in buttons.
Yes — Laraue Boards is a Jira alternative built entirely around Telegram, and lighter for teams that find Jira's setup overwhelming. You still get spaces, boards, custom attributes and permissions, but capturing work takes a forwarded message instead of a form.
Yes. Every account gets a private personal organization automatically — no team, no invites, nothing to configure. Forward a message and it lands on your own board.
Yes, two ways: the Telegram Mini App opens inside Telegram on any phone, and the web app is fully responsive if you'd rather use a browser.
Yes. The web app has an all-issues search across every space and board, and you can also search from inside any Telegram chat by typing @msgboard_bot followed by your query.
Yes. Create an organization, invite your team via Telegram, and forwarded messages route straight to shared boards with permissions per operation. It works as a lightweight project management bot without leaving the app your team already uses to chat.
Forward a message to @msgboard_bot and it becomes a card on your board within seconds, confirmed with a 👍 reaction. Or link a whole chat and pick a save mode: auto mode saves every message (good for a personal chat), manual mode saves only the messages you reply to with /save or /aisave (good for a busy group chat). In auto mode, editing the original message updates the card; in manual mode, run /save again to re-sync.
Yes — Laraue Boards has a remote MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. Create a personal API key from your organization's settings, add it as a custom connector in Claude (or any MCP client), and the agent can list, view, create, edit and move issues, and attach or download files, scoped to your own permissions.
In the app, open Send feedback at the bottom of the sidebar to report a bug, suggest an idea or ask a question — it goes straight to the team. Not signed in, or prefer email? Write to [email protected]. Step-by-step guides are in the documentation.
